Well by design tournaments pay out on average around 10%. All the money is paid out though other than the tournament fees. If you're looking for higher payouts and thus finishing in the money more often then try sit and go's.

I would recommend not paying money for poker training. This seems like a huge scam. You are not going to learn anything that you cannot get for free online if you know where to look! Try sites like this http://www.winpokercash.com/poker-products/books and just read all the free books you can find. Also practice playing for free or very low stakes games. The link to the book I just sent you teaches how to start and manage a poker bankroll from scratch. Poker schools are scams!

I play on Full Tilt. I started there because several years ago it was one of the only ones that worked for Macintosh. I've just stuck there ever since.
Depositing is easy…I'm not sure about withdrawls because any time I win I end up using that money to play more!

Like the last answer said…they have a lot of users, a good variety of games, tournaments, etc, they offer bonuses from time to time and they are mostly reliable. Every once in a while they have connection problems but that maybe mostly dependent on your internet connection. They also offer tips from the pros which can improve your game.
