beleive me, bb had foot problems his whole career, and after the preakness it just got worse. being taken off steriods has nothing to do with him not wining.

Its funny how the people that say BB couldn’t run without drugs got a thumbs down but its true. He was taken off the drugs and he didn’t have what it took to be a winner. My personal opinion…if a horse can’t win on raw, natural talent he/she has no business running in ANY race.

Face facts, BB barely won the races after the belmont, after they took him off drugs, before that he demolished fields of the best. Some horse, needed drugs to improve his potential… The real 08 Derby Winner: Eight Belles. Go on, give me thumbs down, i don’t really care.

They took BB off the steroids and he still won the races he ran in, evrn his turf debut. BB would have beat him all the way! I was looking forward to Seeing BB win the calssic.

I wish the match-up culd happen, but it won’t, so we’ll never know. But I think Casino Drive wuld hav hammered BB, easily. Go ahead, give me thumbs down, cause I don’t really care. The fact is that Big Brown had to be loaded up wid drugs to run like he did in the derby and preakness, Casino Drive and Curlin are amazing horses and they aren’t injected with drugs, r they??

  13. NarniaLuver81
    6:14 am on October 8th, 2009

I’m sad to tell u all this, but Caino Drive will NEVER get he chance to hammer Big Brown in the Classic, cause BB has been injured and retired now. The show down will be between this colt and Curlin, i think, he is going to be the next big thing! Maybe even the next Curlin!

Those are the facts.Browns derby was the 6th or seventh slowest in the last 10 years. Reality sucks, doesn’t it.

ARe you kidding me funship? BB’s Derby time is RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the pack for the last 10 years, not one of the slowest. BB was SLOWING DOWN crossing the derby wire and ran it in a faster time than Smarty Jones, Street Sense, Giacomo, Charismatic, Real Quiet, Silver Charm, Unbridled, Sunday Silence, Winning Colors, Alysheba, Ferdinand, Spectacular Bid, even Seattle Slew. Do your research before making assanine comments like that…

    ghostzapper2006,
I couldn’t agree more. BB is the most over hyped horse in the last two decades. He ran one of the slowest derbys in the last 10 years and has done EVERYTHING to avaoid a match with Big Brown until the BCC in hopes that the “synthetic” track will defeat Curlin.Casino Drive no doubt would have destroyed BB in the Belmont. But since that didn’t happen, he will get to hammer him in the BCC.

You can walk onto the floor of any Casino and start playing slots etc. But if they suspect your under age they will ask for ID, and you must provide a valid state issued ID or they will ask you to leave. When you say permit, is that a state issued drivers learners permit and does it have your birthday on it? If so that would suffice.

**Early** surrender is still avaulable at some casinos in france and africa, being that this rule can completely negate almost any exhisting house edge, id have to suggest that the game is somewhere in one of those countries.

As for me, i primarily only play in atlantic city, though i have been to many other casinos.

In atlantic city the best off the top edge comes from borgata, and the most exploitable game comes from the hilton.

    Poker cards are 3.5" (88.9mm)height and 2.5" (63.5mm) wide.

You'll be same with any plastic poker cards, just be sure you do not buy Bridge Cards which are 2.25" (57.15mm) wide.

Borgata has the best poker room. There will always be an open seat because they have so many tables, but if there are no open seats, they open quickly. There are no other casinos with this size of room as well
You have to realize though that the borgata is a much younger crowd. They talk alot, its a loud room, and every one there is alive and ready. just be prepared to play some good poker, or at least find the drunk sucker at the table.

The taj mahal has a nice room, but everytime ive been there, i've had to wait a long time. Plus this is where most of the pro's will show up, they'll play here. also, new comers tend to come here, because it is one of the most popular casinos. it was in rounders. There is a wide range of ability here. you also just have to spot the sucker and run with his bank roll.

The tropicana and harrahs i would compare. they are both, sort of small when compared to the others. They are both very quiet, and very relaxed. if you talk when you play here, it will annoy people and that can give you the upper hand in some occasions. you will also find that it causes people to attack you in hands.

if you wanna play for a long time, id definitely say the borgata is the best.

Now this is a subject I can sick my teeth into:

Best Limit Poker- Borgata. It has the nicest and largest room with the widest selection of games, and a decent amount of people with more money than knowledge.

Best Tournaments- Showboat (for low buy-ins). Showboat has daily tournaments at 11am, 2pm, 7pm and 11pm (call ahead 1800Harrahs to check buy-ins and make sure that the tournaments are going ahead…this weekend they canceled two because the poker room was so full). The buy-ins for Fri and Sat are in the 100-120 range. Hilton also has decent 75-100 tournaments. Borgata has higher buy-in tournaments on weekends and a wide range of Sit-N-Gos (from 60+15 to 250+20).

Buffet- I had the brunch buffet at Borgata this weekend and everything was great. Also, the Bally's Wild West Buffet is pretty good too.

    Good luck.

link them onto national jackpot syndicate. This would allow small local pubs/clubs to offer the big jackpots as well. Not just the big casinos.
