    Copyright, maybe not.

But in the court case University Book Store v. University of Wisconsin-Madison Board of Regents, the United States Patent and Trademark Office allowed the UW to register the trademarks. So you would be violating UW's trademark.

If you try to sell them, if UW found out, they may sue. Better ask first, or come up with a logo of your own.

You can use old socks. Fill the end with beans and sew across and then just cut off the extra.

The only "long shot" you would have of finding your bag is if you remember the name (company) of the Taxi you were riding in.

Have a person who speaks Korean telephone the Taxi company, giving information such as where you were picked-up and dropped-off, time of day, date, etc.

Also, give a complete-as-possible description of the bag and contents.

And then, hope that the Taxi Driver is/was honest enough to turn-in the item to their Lost & Found office. Or, also hope that the next customer informed the Taxi Driver of the bag, not keeping it for themselves.

there is a type of grab bag game that you get numbers and the person with the highest number goes last and the person with number 1 goes first. number one chooses a gift and then another person goes and can choose a present or steal the other persons gift. then the person who got their gift taken away gets to choose another one. and it goes on.
